onfleekQ booking widget

Defaults to the staging sample vendor + widget key. Live bookings need both vendorId and widgetKey.

After “I Agree”, the widget POSTs /widget/submit/ { widget_key, email }, verifies OTP for a JWT, then creates the booking with the mobile endpoints.
